Featured High School Senior – Kansas City

Featured high school Senior, Evelyn (Class of 2022) and her mom travelled 3 hours to have her pictures taken here in Kansas City. They booked the “Influencer” package plus an add on sports session. This allowed them to spend an entire afternoon exploring different locations here in Kansas City for her senior pictures.

We started off with pool side pictures at the YMCA. Unfortunately. upon arrival they informed us that the pool had to be closed due to a pool pump malfunction. Thankfully, the allowed us to continue with photos around the pool, as long as we didn’t get in the water. We had hoped to get some action shots but we managed to get some excellent photos out of the water.

Evelyn had 2 photo requests from her session. Her first request was she wanted to wear her prom dress for pictures and when she showed it to me I knew exactly where we were going to go take pictures. So for our first stop we headed to Prairie Fire Museum in Leawood! The shimmering, multi colored glass facade was the perfect location for her Princess Jasmine prom dress.

We couldn’t stop there! A few outfit changes and a walking tour around the Prairie Fire Museum we ended up with a gallery of amazing images and we still had one more location and request to go!

Evelyns second request was a waterfall! I knew the waterfall would be beautiful but I was not anticipating the picture perfect hydrangeas, fire flies and a gorgeous sunset. I may have slightly over shot her in this area but it was all just perfect. We ended the day with a mesmerizing sunset and one of my favorite pictures of all time.
