I grew up in a small town in central Kansas. I moved to Kansas city after graduating from Kansas State and started work as an Interior Designer.

My husband and I met during college and the first thing I ever told him was that he was annoying! Oops! We now have 2 boys, Jameson and Carter, that are far more annoying but I love dearly. I have become fluent in sports, creepy crawlies and superheroes in the past few years.

I'm a multi-passionate creative (aka DIY Queen). You name the DIY project and I've done it or I will do it. Painting, crocheting, crafting, baking, woodworking, sewing... YouTube and Pinterest will be my downfall.

My love for photography began with my own senior pictures; I remember leaving my session feeling beautiful and confident. It wasn't until I had kids that I really started exploring photography as a career.
